Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Free plan is always free — there is nothing to cancel and no charge is made.

The Plus plan and optional add-ons (such as a virtual phone number) are purchased in advance for a fixed term (for example 1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Plans do not auto-renew unless stated at checkout, so you are only charged for the term you choose.

You can stop using a paid plan at any time. Because plans are prepaid and non-renewing, "cancelling" simply means not purchasing another term — your access continues until the end of the term you already paid for. If a plan is set to renew, you can cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of a purchase, provided the plan has not been substantially used (for example, heavy use of paid AI generations or interview sessions). Approved refunds are issued for the unused portion of the purchase.

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Requests made after the 14-day window;
• Plans that have been substantially or fully used;
• Purchases where fraud or abuse of the Service is detected.

Payments are processed by Cryptomus. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Because crypto transactions can be affected by network fees and exchange-rate movement between payment and refund, the refunded amount may differ slightly from the original amount paid. We will tell you the refund amount before processing.

Email support@apply2me.co from the email address on your account and include your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and to resolve approved refunds promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, which applies to purchases made after that date.
